1 Who we are

TCGeekz runs this store from Country Club Hills, Illinois, in the United States. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

We may change prices, product listings, or these terms at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after we publish them, so the terms on this page when you check out are the terms that cover your order.

2 Orders and payment

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order. That email confirms we received it, not that we've accepted it: your order becomes a contract when it ships.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, handled by secure third-party processors. We never see or store your full card details.

We can refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a listing had a pricing error, an item sold out, or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

3 Shipping

We ship within the United States only, with free standard shipping on every order and no minimum purchase. Processing times, delivery estimates, and what happens if a package goes missing are all set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

4 Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. The full process, including who pays return shipping and how quickly refunds land, is in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is part of these terms.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

5 Product listings

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so exact colors and finishes may look slightly different in person. Where condition matters — as it often does with cards and collectibles — the listing describes the grade or condition you're buying.

Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

6 Using this website

You agree not to interfere with the site or use it for anything unlawful. That includes scraping our listings, attempting to gain access to accounts or systems that aren't yours, and placing orders with someone else's payment details.

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

7 Intellectual property

The text, photography, logos, and design on this site belong to TCGeekz or our licensors, and you may not reproduce them without our written permission.

Trading card games, characters, and logos that appear on the products we sell remain the property of their respective publishers and rights holders. We sell those products; we don't claim ownership of the brands behind them, and we aren't endorsed by or affiliated with them.

8 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TCGeekz isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from this website or the products you buy from it. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for the product in question.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer protection law, and nothing here excludes liability we're not permitted to exclude.

9 Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Illinois.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
