We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. All orders ship from our facility in Illinois, USA.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days of placing it.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required. The shipping cost shown at checkout will always be $0.00.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking, sent to your email when the order ships. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or weather. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@tcgeekz.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
