Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@tcgeekz.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover return shipping and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. If you have a question about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
